Shipping rates will be calculated after the order is confirmed based on weight and destination.

Canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price of the items canceled.
The Customer may be held accountable for inbound freight charges for the cancellation of items ordered that are not in stock at Sterling Building Materials, Inc. at the time of the order in addition to the restocking fee stated above.
Sterling Building Materials, Inc.s standard shipping is UPS Ground. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select may be requested and additional charges will be paid by the purchaser. - Sterling Building Materials, Inc. does not ship COD.
Large items that ship via truck, ship freight collect.
When receiving items purchased from Sterling Building Materials, Inc. inspect all packages for damage immediately and inform the delivery agent. All packages are shipped from Sterling Building Materials, Inc. in good condition. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify the delivery agent of any claim for mishandled packages that receive damage during shipping. Sterling Building Materials, Inc. does not have any control of the delivery once the package is received by the delivery agent.
When receiving items purchased from Sterling Building Materials, Inc. immediately verify the contents of the package and note any errors in the order, or short shipment of parts. In the event of an error, contact Sterling Building Materials, Inc. immediately to resolve any errors in the shipment.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are considered final when the order is placed. No items may be returned for a refund without prior approval by Sterling Building Materials, Inc. No item may be returned after 90 days from the date of purchase. No items will be accepted without a proper authorization number provided by Sterling Building Materials, Inc. All returns must be sent prepaid. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price of the return. Shipping and delivery costs are not refundable.
All returns are subject to the inspection of the item by Sterling Building Materials, Inc. All returned items must be in resalable condition in their original sealed packaging. No items may be returned that have been installed or mishandled by the customer.
Products purchased from Sterling Building Materials, Inc. are only covered by the manufactures warranty, and under the conditions of the manufactures warranty. The warranty is subject to the inspection and approval of the manufacture. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs include shipping to and from Sterling Building Materials, Inc. and include shipping costs to and from the manufacture. The manufacture may replace or repair a warranty part at their discretion.
There is no warranty on electrical items unless specified by the manufacture. Warranty does not cover negligent installation or use of a product for any purpose other than what said product is specifically designed for. No labor costs or inconvenience costs may be included in any warranty claim. All warranty returns must include a copy of the original sales receipt and must have prior approval by Sterling Building Materials, Inc. No returns will be accepted without a proper approval authorization code.
